Backyards deliver a beautiful single in the shape of "Goodhart`s Law". It has been interesting to see this band go from a lunchtime jam of strangers to a creative co - operative that write genuine songs and not afraid to swap roles. To add to that, they are quite a bit of a laugh to be around... and can always be depended upon to leave one item behind after a rehearsal!
There`s a performance video to accompany the single ( they keep the tradition of b - sides - and a very strong ones at that - "All my friends" the `flipside` would`ve made a strong lead), shot not too far away from us ( locally speaking), and you can really feel the emotion behind the song with Ben Style`s performance. You`ll defo feel it when you hear him play towards the end.
