Playing in our lovely city of Leeds on the 9th May at the Nation of Shopkeepers, £8 a ticket. this is from the album "Boots met my face". Formed by Louis in 2007 their folk, indie sound has been recieved warmly gaining many fans outside their native Glasgow. This came out as a single in 2010 on Lo Five records and ended up being used in commercial aired during this years Superbowl. The album (and indeed some individual songs) range from intimate arrangements to a huge sound that sound much bigger than a five piece. (but avoiding the whole anthemic route)
Delicate sounds, but full of energy. Storytelling fused with emotion. Also included is the last track "The Sad Clown Cast" - which they`ve given away as a free download.
